- Choice of the gauge of the cylinder : J. 6 to the J. 34
- Speed : 200 rounds per minute, adjustable
- Cylinder with needles and sinker, included breaking in.
- Digital counter and auto-stop.
Capability to knit with 6 different colours to get striped samples.Time gaining and low consumption compared to bigger knitting machines. The Tricolab is conform to the exigencies of security and of protection due to the laws.
The controls of the yarn, are more and more necessary to put in an obvious place their variations of cleanness and to determine their final uses. It is often necessary to control if the thread is very capable in envisaged usage and if it will not be the source of incidents or of visible defects.Only a try of knitting can, in these conditions, bring a simple and quick answer.
Tricolab is a job to be knit conceived especially to perform these controls very fast by the exam of the tube of produced tricot.
His domain of use is very vast, it notably allows:
- to study the characteristics of a yarn, aspect, regularity, cleanness, nuances,
- to analyse fast on several yarns put end to end the homogeneity of title, fixing of torsion, nuance, aspect,
- to put in an obvious place variations of affinity tinctoriale,
- to accomplish tries on sweater (resistance to pilling, resistance to blasting, resistance of colours, resumption élasticity
- to search for a given yarn the optimum conditions of knitting
- to accomplish ranges taken up on cardboard.
